Hi,

My name is Paul and I’ve been playing drums for 50 years and teaching others for 40 of those years.

I’ve played in many bands, including jazz, rock, country and worship and I’m still active in music, playing shows and working with bands.

I’ve had students from ages 5-60, some who have taken a few lessons and others for four or 5 years and they continue to play in a variety of venues.

In keeping with my fundamental philosophy, that people do not learn to read before they begin talking, my goal is to get my students up and playing a basic drum beat in the first couple of lessons then we build on that and have them reading music in no time and having fun doing it.
